Seen better Days
This is in Clarkes Head, Gander Bay, I guess really another sign of out migration, lack of population and support and institutions like this are really left to the elements. I think the leaning cross tells it all, the support in so many ways is gone............
Thanks for your comment on my blog, your visit is much appreciated. I have browsed through your photos and they are great. It is so difficult to shoot in snowy conditions and you have got it right every time.
I have found that I am visiting quite a few blogs from Canada and am learning a lot about it and other countries all around the world.
Keep up with the photography, it can be an expensive passtime profession because we are never happy with what we have and always want something better LOL.
I am self-employed with varying amounts of spare time on my hands....some days none and other days less than that....I have always enjoyed photography and have had a variety of point and shoot cameras. recently I broke the bank and now my tool of choice is an Olympus evolt E-500, it's been a lot of fun and very rewarding learning the potential of this one. please feel free to comment on the pictures I post

How sad....but you captured the scene so well. Thanks for calling attention to the tired cross on the steeple.
Great church image.
